On 13 June, 2013, the newly formed government of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz disclosed the Federal budget for the fiscal year 2013-14 for a total of Rs. 3.5 trillion. In a National Assembly session Finance Minister Ishaq delivered the budget speech and called this year budget business friendly budget.

Punjab Budget 2012-13 Rs. 780 billion presented by Mujtaba Shuja Ur Rehman, Salaries increased by 20% and MPA salaries reduced by 5%. For energy sectors Govt. of Punjab allocated Rs.10 billion in the budget 2012-13.

The Finance Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah presented the budget 2012-13 amounting Rs. 577.98 billion. Total receipts of the Sindh Government projected Rs. 570.8 billion in the budget 2012-13. If come to federal receipt, estimated Rs. 381.9 billion but will receive 323.2 billion in budget year 2012-13.

Income Tax Slab for Men
1. Up to Rs 180,000 – NIL  
2. From Rs 180,001 to Rs 500,000 - 10%

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KPK announced the budget for 2012-13 amounting Rs. 303 billion on Friday 8 June, 2012 by the Provincial Finance Minister Engr. Humayun Khan. First if we come to the revenue for KPK Provincial Budget 2012-13, it will receive a sum of Rs. 183 billion

Federal Budget 2012-13 Rs. 2.96 trillion announced by the Finance Minister Abdul Hafeez Shaikh on June 1, 2012. People have lost their interest for this year federal budget 2012-13, one main reason is that in the last budget the government completely failed to get the targets and results as desired.
