Verbal Communication

Written Communication

It is of great significance for communicating the complicated information. For instance; statistics or the other data, that fails to be communicated through speech alone. Written communication also enables the recording of the information so that it may be referred to at some later date. Therefore when you are to come up with a written piece of paper, that you think will be referred to over and over again, you should plan about what you want to say and to make sure that all the relevant information is clearly and accurately communicated. It should be concise and clear in order to communicate the information in an effective manner. A well written report conveys the necessary information by making use of the grammatically correct language, precise, without more words than are actually required.
